be found on each related product page. Our fax number is listed in every form. If you
can not find the fax order form for a product, please place your order online or email us
your order.

include your shipping and billing information with a detailed description of your order.

Online order is available for most items. Please go to individual product page and click

Phone
Important Information such as sequences are required to be sent to us electronically
(email or web order form) to avoid mistakes. For this reason, we do not accept phone
order in general. However, if you have a quote number from us, you may call us to place
the order.
Mail
You can certainly use this old fashioned way to place your orders. Please use fax order
forms for mail orders.
